Dr. Mark J. Cossentino is a board certified Gastroenterologist with Providence Gastroenterology and Liver Associates. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he also completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology. Prior to joining the El Paso medical community, Dr. Cossentino served in the US military beginning in 1996 until 2007. During his service in the US military, Dr. Cossentino was an attending physician and Assistant Chief of Gastroenterology Services at William Beaumont Army Medical Center at Ft. Bliss. as well as Staff Internist at the 31st Combat Support Hospital during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
